I believe the penthouse was sold before it was even started, so this tour will give you an idea what 1 million USD will get you, I believe a gentlemen from the UK purchased this Penthouse, kudos on him, the place really is sweet.

The place is incredible in every way, the unit comprises of 4 very large bedrooms, huge kitchen and very spacious living and dining room. The view of Kata beach and bay is the best in the entire Aspasia Phuket, just look at the view as you view the video.

One thing that impressed me was the showers, they are huge and just by looking at it, they are fixed in the ceiling, so you will get that standing in the rain feel.

One thing about Phuket real estate, the market has exploded within the last 2-3 years, beach front property on the west side of Phuket is really getting expensive.

When I bought my units at the Aspasia Phuket back in 2003, the Phuket real estate market was very young, so I consider myself lucky for coming in this market early.
