@datzfast Ah now I see clearly that pumping water from Libya to Tasmania was a viable option to the Franklin Dam. LOL In any case free water does turn out to be free by the time it gets to the consumer, even 20km away, because of the costs of actually getting it there under pressure and in good condition.
