It only look fun because you dont have to do it every morning. Shaving is a chore, you see it get boring fast.
btw, your mom probaly just afraid that you cut yourself. Have her buy you a electric razor. It is faster, safer, and good enough for your 13yo "beard" and "moustache" :)

i need help im 13 and i need to shave my beard and moustache. it is long and my mom says i cant cause she thinks that if i shave too early it will grow back a forest but i googled it nd i found out its a myth how do i get her to let me shave it looks like fun
