The Adventure Vision was a self-contained (no external monitor required) cartridge-based video game console released by Entex Industries in 1982.
It created a display by using a single vertical column of 40 LEDs, and a spinning mirror to simulate 150 vertical rows (thus basically making it 150x40 resolution).
Estimated only about 50,000 of them were sold, and only about 100 of those still exist today. We're planning on selling ours on eBay soon - user id: growl-bear
