how do you keep the guy on his nose or back??? its hard

first you have to get him on his nose or tail position. lets say he's on the nose and he falls back, then you have to put a braking line (red line from left to right with shift) lets say he falls on his head, you need to put an accelerating line. it's quite the same with tail. if you still don't understand type on the search bar nose tail tutorial or something like that.
