Andrew MacGillivray, Leading Thinkers 2010

With an Undergraduate Business Degree from Saint Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia and a Masters from York University, Andrew MacGillivray has enjoyed the past 27 years in the food and consumer products industry. His passion is marketing and his years of experience have taken him through a number of senior roles, including President & CEO of Baxter Foods in Saint John and Vice President of Nestlé Canada.

Andy has been President & CEO of Gay Lea Foods since 2002. During this tenure with Gay Lea, Andy has been associated with various organizations in the dairy industry. He served as Chair of the Dairy Processors Association of Canada until January 2007 and has served on the Board of Directors and Board of Governors for Food and Consumer Products of Canada.
