To all "Persians"! There is no such a thing as "Persian". You are either Iranian, or most likely Americans who have not been to Iran at all --or for a long time. Being born in a country, especially one that is no longer what it was when you were there does not make you more from there than where you live, HERE. You are all Americans and that is a good thing. Celebrate that! And, please, no Iranian-American either. The hyphenated people don't have a history of making it in this country...

Because they are trying to show they are Muslims to spread Persian influence in Arab lands who don't share the same religion nor hatred as them.
Classic trickery.

We don't want unity with a country and people who continue to fund terrorism all over the Middle-East, and all the Lay Persians shake it off, blaming the whole of Islam or the Middle-East, or Israel for it while it is predominantly their terrorist leaders spreading Islamofascism and terror in the Middle-East.

I would love to be there to jeer and boo - and I am none of those people, but an Arab.

Yeah, we do want American and western Influence over Persia in our country anyday.

First off, first you must attend the parade to make any sort of judgement on it. The fact that you are making rash stereotypical remarks about Persians is exactly what we do not want with our parade. NYPP has no correlation with any of these Middle-Eastern Gvnmnts. Norooz Originated 1000s of years ago, it has nothing to do with the current Middle Eastern crisis. You say "Lay Persians" blame their problems on the middle east, yet you're doing the same thing, and blaming the problems on Persians.
