It's a beautiful, but very sad scene. I love Matrix, but the Trinity's death was a great error, she was my favorite character in the movie, I cried so much :(

I remember seeing this in the movies, they cut to the wounds in her body and the whole audience like blurted out random sounds cause we were all in shock that she died.
