arkward vid

"And the little Hummingbird said 'I'm doing what I can'" . . . I didn't expect it to end there
-
21 people don't want to do what they can.

I deeply appreciate your kind words. Yes, indeed, it is now or never for Japanese to say NO to all nuclear power plants in this tiny contry where a big earthquake could occur anywhere and anytime. My son was given this picture book by his Canadian grand mother a couple years ago. Thank you so much for your beautiful arts.

This video is amazing!!! Such a simple message yet so profound!

In a very very real world pragmatical way .. this parable .. sucks !. No really !. Let's face it.
-
I am thinking of the people suffering on Honshu particularly of the technicians fighting the Nuclear threat. " Doing what I" can includes avoiding building any new nuclear reactors on this tiny planet.

@thethrillride It's Haida for Hummindbird you ignorant dumbass.
If you don't know what you're talking about then keep your mouth shut.
Symbols and themes are reinterpreted over time by all people, traditions grow and things evolve. Rather than somehow cheapening the Haida artistic tradition Haida manga is a testament to its being vibrancy, to the fact that Haida sociey isn't a living fossil, but something that can respond in its own, unique way to new influences and contribute meaningfully to the world through new media.
