  • @94sss10

i just bought one and put it on truck scale and weighs in at 1021.65...pretty darn close

  • DUDES!!!! this is IMPORTANT thosa are WATERcrafts they run in the water were the weight its not that important like it is on the road, they are floating so it means that that technically they boat have the same waight 0 its the size ans shape of the HULL who matters in the fricction force the kawasaki run faster i se them running whit the rxtx sea doo and at the 2 seconds the rxtx its lose. PLUS kawasaki crafts have better quality than sea doos

  • @DANIAC262 its funny every sorce that has tested this craft other that kawasaki says the dry weight is 1040.8 doing the math 300/1040.8=.2882 lbs/hp rxtx 260/855=.3040 lbs/hp, i very nealy bought this model because it has 300hp so i spent a good 2hrs comparing them side by side and i dont belive for a second it weights 1018 with gas, its massive!. that said i dont argue its the best in rought water, but i ride lakes so i bought the best for me rxtx and very happy i did. but buy what you like.

  • I raced one of these with my SHO with a riva racing stage 1 kit in Clear Lake TX and it didn't keep up as much as I thought, and no I don't have any internal add on's to the SHO just outside add on's. But over all it looked pretty cool and ran great. I like both too. No disrespect to either brand.

  • you suck building pwc. i bought a 300x and came loose steering cable 15min after starting. and 5 hours reverse cable rear nut came off!! japan made is japan made!!

  • @94sss10 No, they didn't fail. The power to weight ratio on the 300x is 0.295 (hp/lb) the RXT-X is 0.273 (hp/lb). They did redesign the whole ski too, they didn't just increase boost.

  • @sabsterblaster An RXT-X weighs 855 lbs without gas 951 on a full tank of gas... the 300x weighs 1018.7 lb.** Includes all necessary materials and fluids to operate correctly, full tank of fuel (more than 90% of capacity) and tool kit (if supplied). Thats nowhere near 300 lbs thats 67.7 lbs maybe less dude, nice try though.

  • @94sss10

Thats right about the power to weight ratio. Who cares if this thing has 300hp when it weights 300 some odd pounds more than the RXT X. Seadoo is still the best!

  • It's no fun riding a stand up when you're gonna be riding all day..

Especially if you like riding far out in the ocean when a nice storm is making big waves..
