Nice vid. I'm not trying to be negative, but only offering some advice I read somewhere. It said that you should always keep your arms straight, even while going through the various progressions. Start with a tuck with straight arms, and progress from there. I've been working on a planche too, still a fair way off. When I try and do the split progression I keep my arms straight but I have my legs higher than horizontal to make it easier instead of bending my arms to make it easier. Good luck.

@danielen Glad you liked my video. I don't recall the exact dimensions of the piping, but yes it's just pvc.

@HopeistheMotive Taking a dump can be pretty intense, but I think the planche is a little tougher.
