Being a vegan is a very healthy lifestyle, BUT, humans evolved and came to where we are by eating meat, because it was the most readily available. Nowadays, livestock is pumped full of hormones and toxins and such, and we have the time and technology to produce vegan food, so vegan food is a healthier lifestyle. I however am not a vegan, I hope i will be able to give up delicious meat, because i know its for my well being :)
