@AuburnTigers111 Thank you! Yeah that occurred to me later. Cool shot... would solidify before filling. And you don't want to heat the shell. I think I would still keep the shot from each shell seperate just the same. Put each in a ramiken, then once they are warm put them back in the shell and immediately pour a known amount of wax.

Why not cut the end off, leave the pellets in the round, and then simply pour parafin over it? Seems like that would give you more consistent loads (weight wise), and be less work / mess.

This will be extremely helpful in a survival situation such as SHTF. These shells AND wax are availabe at most gas stations where I live
