  • Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question. But nice to know you're enjoying this!

If you're looking for more information on this prelude and others, the Wikipedia page on the Well-Tempered Clavier has excellent links (search for Siglind Bruhn or Tim Smith, for example).

  • omfg I'm screwed.....

  • aiya... i have to play this :(

  • I first listened this many years ago while playing Flixmix (the Celeris game), both Prelude and Fugue are used as background music for two levels. I always thought that these tunes were beautiful, but I had no idea that Bach had composed them until today and I'm so glad I did!

  • thumbs up if you notice that WTC (well-tempered clavier) also stands for World Trade Center. Not trying to be radical Islam or anything... :D

  • @sweetheart87 "And if we look at the works of JS Bach - a benevolent god to which all musicians should offer a prayer to defend themselves against mediocrity - on each page we discover things which we thought were born only yesterday, from delightful arabesques to an overflowing of religious feeling greater than anything we have since discovered. And in his works we will search in vain for anything the least lacking in good taste." - Claude Debussy

  • Debussy for the win!!!!!!!!!!!!
