did you plug the mic up to your camera or just took the footage and recording and synced it on a computer ?

good job man when i get a good camera and some good mics and 1 more cymbal im gonna post so many drum covers i already know like 30 songs but i dont want to pst it because when i look at drum covers and other peoples sound and camera quality is bad i dont even watch the video.

Yo dude can you tell me how you synced the video with the audio from the mic
Also, which pattern did you use on your samson C03u? Did you use the omnidirectional pattern?

I used the omnidirectional pattern yes.
The stand is also from Samson, it came as a pack. The mic was placed above the drumset, slightly left of the center.

Like above the cymbals, or in between the toms and the cymbals?

i think for this video it was positioned allmost above the hi-hatt. The best position would be in the center above your kit. Above your head where you are sitting. That way you will get the best volume on all the toms & cymbals.
