To say you can 'treat' 'ADHD' without meds is implicilty and explicity stating that such a condiction called attention deficit hyperactivity disorder actually is a real condition, and there is no actual medical evidence which proves that.

@Bitinbearabroad how the hell can u "suffer" from adhd?
-
@zezt maybe, but in the public eye it is now, and if we don't want kids being drugged for a nonexistent condition then you have to appeal to the people that believe it's a real thing.

@XXYZGUY1 The maker of this video never said he/she believes ADD doesn't exist. The video just pointed out there is no test really to dignose ADHD. That's not the same as saying ADD is a myth then. I don't see any opposition towards ADD from the video either. More like opposition towards ADD meds. I tried them all and they only worked partially and the effectiveness quickly got shot by tolerance.

Thanks for the video! Reminded me of my old promise to treat my severe adhd (which i of course forgot about! hehe) Exercise is great for practically everything, even to maintain perfect health. And the outdoors sure does so much wonders for my adhd. I don't care what "experts" say about adhd not being true. Experts are often times wrong and nobody can argue with my personal experience, joys and pains from adhd which i've had since i can remember. It can be very frustrating and meditation helps

Dude. You've got to be kidding. When you learn how to spell and edit your grammar, maybe then I'll take your advice.
-
@helpmelearnmed I can answer that. You have a scattered mind with ADD and it is almost impossible to stay here now, especially when something is boring. The Straterra will help you stop thinking about The holy grail and your first boyfriend long enough to study your World History class. Some people have more than one thought going on but I have one continuous changing thought. Everyone does it but we do it 80% of the time.

people get adhd just by listening to this music:P

A small contribution from a psychology student.
Psychological disorders are not diseases. People do not "have" them either, but get categorized according to the symptoms they expose so they can be helped further. Looked at it this way ADHD is arguably "ok" as a diagnosis.
I personally do dislike the medicine culture and would like to see it restricted to real disease and very abnormal cases.
Keep it up, but do make a few separate video's explaining the science behind all this. :)

Fantastic video! However, in the four White Witches, you have "dairy" and "milk". Shouldn't one of those be "sugar"?

Great information! I have had students in our neighborhood, & my own clients classified with adhd & all you say works. Even simply yoga transformed both grades & behaviors. One thing I found is ok to use is organic milk/yogurt/cheese and whole grains. This is from the Ayurvedic/Yoga point of view. Keep up the great work
I'm not sure what the point of this video is. But I will say this, I am a very busy person who suffers from ADHD. I take strattera for it. I've take it for about 5 years now, so I think its a little far fetched to say it just masks the symptoms. I'm not sure what you are trying to prove with this video, but you come off a little ignorant.

@Bitinbearabroad fair enough. Everybody has their opinion and experiences. I would be interested in learning more about what you have been through. If you don't mind me asking, what happens when you don't take your meds? What does it help you do? What side effects have you experienced? If you could be at your best without the medications would you still take it?
I can't do anything about the arrogance if you can't give me better feedback. Is it the wording?
Cheers

There are nice ways to say things and nasty way to say things. My channel is designed to be a place for learning, rocking out and making friends. If you have a sharp and unforgiving tongue then please stay away. Otherwise, I would very much like to be friends :)

So, uh, in step 6? Either you spelled "trees" wrong, or you think hair is somehow a normal part of being outside.
