The Lonesome River Band performs "Sitting On Top Of The World" at the Back Forty Bluegrass Festival in Curryville, MO on 8/08/09. Sammy Shelor banjo, Brandon Rickman guitar, Andy Ball mandolin, Mike Anglin bass and Mike Hartgrove fiddle.
Goodness, I love this version of Sittin on top of the World. I was blessed enough to be there durring this show. It was amazing!!! Sammy is an amazing banjo player. And I'm not sure of the Mandolin player's name, but he has an awesome voice.
The mandolin player is Andy Ball. His is freaky good. But he doesn't play anymore. He's a philosphy professor or something.
