Sky Europe Flight Cancellation - Bratislava Slovakia

Video of Sky Europe representative announcing cancellation of flight from Vienna to Amsterdam. The announcement came after Sky Europe was prevented from flying from Vienna due to failure to pay bills. Sky Europe bused passenger to Bratislava airport, had them wait 5 hours, only to hand them a box of french fries, fried chicken, and tell them the flight was cancelled. They bused the passengers back to Vienna and dumped them at the airport at 2am with not further travel assistance provided. Conclusion? You'd have to be a total fool to fly this airline!

I was there when it happened, they locked us in with heavy armed security. also the food we got was minimum and bad with no taste. they first said when we arived at 6 O'clock that there will be delay till 9 then it was said delay till 11 and then around 12 or later we got told there are no flights coming anymore, and then hell broke loose. in the end we got dumped at Vienna airport to sort it out. really really bad service, good thing they went down.

feel sorry for the passengers, but the guy was just an employee of Skyeurope at the airport. There was no way for him to sort out all problems of the passengers. They should read terms and conditions when buying the ticket.

I was there too.. It was terrible! They brought us back to vienna and there they dumped us out of the bus and that´s it! No hotel no money, I think it´s a real bad case and I realy don´t feel sorry for them!
