They dont kill seals for no reason. You think they do this for the fun of it? They sell the pelts to the rest of the world and use the rest as meat, no different than any onther animal thats killed. where do you think your leather belt and shoes come from. The diff is that you dont see cattle being killed and they are not that cute so nobody cares. And they cant get real jobs cause there ar'nt any AT ALL. You hunt seal or your kids dont eat and thats it.

Shut the fuck up and suck a big one, cattle in america is slaughtered in a humane way for consumption unlike seals which are wasted. Stupid newfies just kill them because they are to pussy to be a man.

You ever been in a slaughter house buddy? It's unreal how horible it is. Killing is horible period. Your just against it because seals are so cute. Seal hunters kill the meat they eat, do you? I dont think so. The seal hunters I spoke to have said if there were other options for jobs they'd do it, but there arn't any so they do it to feed their kids. Doing something you'd rather not do so your kids can eat is infact pretty manly as far as I'm concerned.

I can Agree with that, threre's gotta be a better way. I cant see how shooting them would not be better. Seals r pretty slow out of water and I'v seen vids of hunters kill 3 seals at a time so I would guess it would be no different with bullets. It most certanly seems a more humane way to do it with a gun.

you anti seal hunt people so dont understand the seal hunt, I dont mean to be crass but you anti seal hunt guy's r totaly brainwashed by the anti seal hunt movement. They almost always use falsehoods to promote their agenda. just so you know, it might have been true that they were killed only for their fur a long time ago but now every inch of the animal is used. nothing is waisted. it's the only way to live in some parts of Canada. If you dont do it, your kids dont eat.

how is it not a real job? just because you don;t like it doesn't mean its not a real job. do you really think its for no reason? just because you don;t agree with the reasons doesn't mean there is none second in some parts of Canada like in the arctic its hard to get a "real" job its not like theirs office buildings or many job prospects.
