what dam it dream , if IT people think like that then are called as very selfish people .If u want this type of company, then think hard working people. They are fool?
First we request the company to reduce the salary for IT people. There are the many of the people are more intelligent than IT people , for them the getting low salary , then why the hell u the IT people providing much salary , this is really bull shit.
