Actually.... now that I think about it, if you compare Ritsuko voice with Aqua, they match pretty well. :|

I can see why you went with her voice~ And I don't blame you. They are similar, but Chihaya's voice is just a tad too deep for Aqua. So Azusa would fit. ^ ^

As for the voices, maybe Azusa as a substitute. And really, I went by her English voice, and Chihaya had a similar tone. :D
