Taking Pelham by storm

Here we are at Pelham Station, where we see a great meet on the express tracks. Coming east, we have Metro North Train 1530, the express train to New Haven. 1530 has 8 M2's. Coming west, we have the Metro North Railroad Inspection Train. The train consists of Genesis P32ACDM 204 and the 3 inspection coaches. The coach cut in right behind the engine is #2 is an ex-Erie Lackawanna car from the Phoebe Snow, and is used as the conference car. The middle car is #1 and is a grill car originally from the New York Central. The rear car is #3, also an ex-Phoebe Snow car, which is used as the inspection car. This is one of the last times these three cars will ever be used, as they are being retired in favor of newer coaches taken from West of Hudson (three Comet III cab cars).
