This creature is from a population evolved in 3DVCE to traverse a rough terrain (shown in the video). When it can, it makes some good jumps, but it seems to stumble a fair bit.

Processing time for the evolution was kindly donated on the PC of Daniel Bienvenu.

  • Oh this poor guy is just floppin' around.

  • And that's after editing out the worst parts where it ends up on its 'back' and can't continue jumping. Oh well. The poor runs are worth it when the cool creatures pop up now and again.

  • how many generations and how big was the population?

  • 500 generations, population size 100 (I think).

  • it seems to suffer from parkinsons. Is there any hope for treatment? ^o^

  • I'll just keep it in suspended animation on my hard drive until a cure comes along ;)

  • Well, it's not as bad as #134 in the zoo, at least :)

  • Seriously, I didn't know this creature movements was very shaky; I always watch the evolution at hyper speed and from above. Maybe it was the best in the first generations because he was cheating.

Well, I think my computer deserve the prize for generating the poorest creature of the month, maybe the year.
