材料 / 蝦仁 150g、花枝漿 150g、餛飩皮 100g、起司絲 50g、起司片 4片
醬料 / 紅麴醬 1大匙、沙拉醬 300g、酸黃瓜 1條
做法:
1、先將起司絲放入小碟中,入蒸籠蒸至融化,再鋪上起司片,放入冰箱待冷卻後,取出切丁,備用。
2、餛飩皮切成絲;紅麴醬、沙拉醬拌勻備用。
3、蝦仁拍碎拌入花枝漿攪拌至均勻,捏成球狀,包入切好的起司丁備用。
4、將起司球裹上餛飩皮,入油鍋炸3分鐘即可。
5、將紅麴沙拉醬用擠花袋在盤子上做成盤飾,放上做好的起司球及酸黃瓜擺盤即可。
