-Seeking a shipwreck in deeper tropical waters to investigate, Frederic Dumas and Jacques Cousteau home in on an area off Shaab Ali reef in the narrow neck of the Strait of Gubal that leads to the Suez Canal. Marshalling the modern technology of sonar and echograms along with the tried and true tool of an experienced human eye, the crew locates a 400-foot long wreck on the sea floor a little more than 100 feet below.
