Boxing This is a Boxing class. All participants will be taught from the ground up stance,
footwork, punches, blocks, evading / head movement, combinations and strategies. Participants will use heavy bags, double-end bags, slip bags, speed bags, pad training, partner pairing drills and more. A heavy emphasis is placed on conditioning drills used to train fighters. Our aim is to help you attain a fighters physique and stamina.
Muay Thai - Participants will learn to punch, elbow, clinch, knee, and kick. This workout focuses on the basics of Muay Thai. It combines high intensity training drills, calisthenics, Thai pad drills, and working on heavy bags. The workout is fun, safe, challenging and accommodates all levels of fitness.
Jiu-Jitsu - This class focuses on learning the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Participants practice various techniques and will learn and practice break falls, escapes, positioning, leverage and opening the guard and how to effectively control and escape from all the basic positions. Participants will also learn submission holds and the proper application of the various techniques.
