I was with a friend look at the statue in the car leaving stow lake. A cop car appears right behind us but doesn't pull us over or anything. I know it's not the ghost in the park because the cop car was a SUV

1) The statue is a homage to pioneer women.
2) It was a homeless man, because the Lady in the lake is only at the gazebo on moonless nights, when it's raining. She dosn't like the island.
3) Leave her alone please.
She was boating on the lake about a hundred years ago, her son fell overboard and although she managed to save him the water soaked into her skirts and clothing weighing her down and she drowned. I have talked with her, she speaks Spanish. Leave her alone, please. Her son lived.
