tekken is based on these 3 characters jin kazama kazuya mishima and heihachi mishima if you played the games you would know that the story line is based on them 3 and paul story line is based on being the greatest fighter and michelle is just old and didnt she die or get killed? and king really dont have a story till marduk kills his teacher armor king so maybe thats why there not in the movie

it was a decent quality movie it should have just been made by people who know the fuckin story coz it was completely ruined by it, it could also use a better cast. and if i made it the kazama mishima rivalry would be the main plot and anna and nina rivalry would be the subplot

@blaze22 But if you play the games you understand that these characters are fan favorites who deserve their stage time. It is for the fans, the story needs to be solid but how about they just say, Paul is trying to win the tournament for dominance, Michelle wants to win for the money, and King is looking for Armor King. Easy fix to showcase some awesome characters that the fans love.

That's exactly how I feel, they make those movies just to cash in.

The cast look nothing like the characters, maybe a little bit. John Foo looks nothing like Jin, he looks like one of those Kpop guys.

Tekken isn't a city, that's how the movie puts it. I've been playing the series since the first game. The movie is very inaccurate with the storyline, I'd rather watch the animated movie, even though it's on the events of the 1st game, it's better than live action movie if you ask me.

@Osusenomore tekken motion picture is a mix of tekken 1 & 2. this movie sux compared to the games but it doesnt look like it'll be bad as a movie. just compare it to other martial arts movies when this 1 comes out and see if its a lotta fun or not. dats wut i wanna see. i see this as a cool movie to watch

@reddmic2008 .. you say they already made the cartoon tekken 1 and 2 .. i've seen Tekken The motion picture.. a guess that's Tekken 1 .. what's the Tekken 2 cartoon called? i would like to see that one 2
