Okay, long sleeves on a lathe... are you nuts?

They are doing this like they fathers and grandfathers did. Long sleeve with tight cuff seems safer than a bare arm. Take into account -30C behind the door outside the turnery.

I am doing a course on how to use a lathe machine. All that has been said about safety etc. correct, but this guy is an expert of the first order. Even my teacher is not so good. He is like God. Out of this mortal world.
