  • hey rumania, like everyone else i love your videos, ive been doing this work out for about a week but, the thing is that instead of loosing weight ive been gaining a lil, is this just from muscle gain? i know i havnt changed my eating habits, if anything ive been eating healthier and lesser, if i keep doing this will the results continue of muscle weight, er......ya, lol idk, ur great xD any opinions?

  • @punkgirl943 hi, you can't gain weight from this workout, most probably the food is guilty, it is always the food. I know the feeling "I didn't change my eating.." but think again. Yes, it is possible to gain some muscles, but a week is too short period to happen this. My guess the food is guilty.

    this workout routine looks awsome i can actually see the parts of your stomach that are being worked out. my question is, what do you do when your body will get used to this routine. and you have to work harder and longer. any advice?

  • @Linnyxx17 I change my routine daily :) So it is challenge for me every day. Subscribe to me get updates. Also I do whole body workouts every day and stress on some body part, like belly fat in this video.

  • 40 jumping jacks? I'd have to replace my legs with steel rods for that

  • my advice to you all, the best way to lose lower belly fat is to 1) eat healthy 2) just do a lot of cardio that makes you sweat and gets your heart beat fast 3) every once in a while give yourself a treat (maybe a donut) I lost 6 kilos of fat in less than 3 months and I'm as healthy as it gets :P
