@cvetters1 where did you buy the cats from? I have a 1998 bmw 740il and my cat are bad. Also did the check engine light come on.

@cobrabadazz302 Bought them from Planet magnaflow for under $65 each. Make sure you put them exactly halfway between the front and rear O2 sensors so you dont' get the check engine light back on. YOu might even have to do the mod that uses spark plug anti-foulers to move the O2s out a bit. There's a write up on E38.org on that.
