NEW OFFICIAL OS 3.0 Jailbreak iPhone/iPod Touch

Jailbreak of the final release of OS 3.0 by apple.
This works for iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, iPod Touch 1G, and iPod Touch 2G. Works on Mac and Windows.

I show you how to jailbreak firmware 3.0. In the video I am using Windows Vista, iTunes 8.2, and iPod Touch 1G. The jailbreak process is the same for all devices and if you have an iPhone it will be unlocked. Check out the Dev Team Blog for more information:

Download the firmware that corresponds to your device. Save it somewhere convenient as you will need it during the jailbreak process.

After you turn your device off with it plugged in remember the following buttons to hold down:
1) Hold down Power Button for 3 seconds
2) Without letting go of the Power Button, hold down the Home Button and Power Button for 10 seconds
3) Let go of the Power Button and continue to hold down the Home Button without letting go for 30 seconds or until it says "Done!"

sorry but i asking so much but i dont know anybody alse to ask :)) in every tutorial they saying you need one app from apple because if not cracked apps dont want to show....that is only if you downolading apps true the cydia? (hackulo?)

if i want download games on iPod i first must have one free aplication allready instaled? or that was only on 2.1 firmware?

not necessary.  you can just go to app store and get the games

so if u pay 5 bucks or whatever for the update that gives u the copy and pasting and search bar on the home screen and genius update.... this jailbreak wont remove it again? cause i bought the update and lost my jailbreak...then i jailbroke it and lost the update...i just want a jailbroken, updated IPOD for gods sake ahhhhhhhhhhhh

you confused me haha. ok so update to 3.0 and jailbreak that and you will have both the updated version with copy and paste as well as a jailbroken device. follow my jailbreak vid for 3.0 or 3.1.2. it works fine.
