Jeremy Roenick was my favourite American player, I was hoping he'll play one more year but that's the way it goes.

jr is a class act guy, i remember one game he was in the p-box for a shitty call and so he asked a fan behind him if he can have an ice cream cone, and they gave him one and the refs wouldnt let him out till he finished it haha

I was glad I was able to watch a few games with him scoring when he was with the Blackhawks! He was graceful and skilled in the ice! Emotional when the Blackhawks won the cup. How it would have been nice if he played again for the Hawks before he retired.

when i was little.i had a hockey game at voorhees skate zone. and the flyers had practice after my game.roenick was currently on the flyers. he was standing by the glass watching my game.i scored a goal, and i was wearing the #97. roenick banged on the glass and cheered loudly because i was wearing his number. hes was my favorite player.but was by very far my favorite player after that.
