This for our old BriteLyt stove, also Hipolito,Geniol, and Petromax stoves.

Video made in 1999.

  • @aiolos60  It can do that sometimes but you can clean the stove and this helps to stop the problem, so air and fuel mix cleaner.

  • @99XM Hi 99xm I have a hipolito stove ,but when the stove runs for about 10 mins the tank that holds the kero gets really warm, I would say  hot!!. My question is this normal? and if it is not normal what do you think the problem might be

  • Hipolito is a portuguese company, it doesnt exist anymore.But it produced a lot of petromaxs, and those stoves, they were like gas cookers like nowawdays, but they used petrol, and it turned in gas with pressure and self heat. Worked great, for hour with a very littl of petrol, and they make a sound like a turbo, very nive i haveone in my collection.

  • my dad had a coleman lamp and it had the same principal of lighting it can you use kerosene in the stove
