I would rather have her in the white house. Laura Bush was very classy too.

Unfortunately, the White House has turned into a zoo

I think perhaps, in the interests of accuracy, you might want to rename yourself RacistCitadel.

Oy vey.

Hah! Ronny Reagans administration thought crack was being imported into the country. That pretty much shoots their credibility in understanding right out of the sky.

old people generally were kind of naive about new street drugs. the actual cocaine WAS from columbia. where it's processed is irrelevant

You don't get it do you? It was his ADMINISTRATION who advised him of this. The very administration you are heralding as being "understanding".

The just say no campaign was indeed a valiant effort to stem the tide of crack cocaine. However, and again, the Reagan administration and it's foreign policies were responsible for fostering the whole CIA cocaine smuggling by the Contras. It's arguable that Reagan made things worse, not better.

So much for understanding...

Reagan is not responsible for an extra gram of cocaine moving through Nicaragua that wouldn't have done so already. He was just trying to stand up to tyrannical butchers. Think we would have been better off with Carter or Mondale? Hardly.

You keep saying Reagan. That's a misrepresentation of the issue. It's the "Reagan administration".

Reagan's administration knew of thousands and thousands of pounds of cocaine being smuggled by the very people they were funding. THAT, my friend, is responsibility.

If you see cocaine coming into the country and you do nothing to stop it, you are responsible (if even partially)....
