  • You're seeing ghosts. They've agreed. McCain asked a question, Obama answered and they AGREE. Cut wasteful spending.

And they did it elegantly. Barack compliments McCain, McCain asks a respectful question, Obama makes a little joke, agrees with him and looks forward to work with him on this issue. Bipartisanship at it's best. Long time ago since Ive seen such a respectful change of words between a Dem an a Rep. Hats off.

  • Yay, "old" McCain is back. "Campaign" McCain was this awful, gross caricature of a man. Sort of like what Jindal is becoming :( They set their eye on the prize and transform into ugly Republican hacks.

  • how often do you address someone as "Mr. ...?" I don't. Speak to someone as you would in every day life, don't act like you have to be so important.

  • i dreamt i beat obama for years from now i win in all states except hawaii

  • Spunk you´re defending McCain by calling him a loser and saying he had no control over his VP pick? I hope you never defend me!

  • When someone starts a sentence with ¨do you even realize¨ I know that typically what follows is nothing.

  • federal banks are good. PERIOD

  • lol you think democrats don't have "a few rotten apples". do you even realize what's happening to your country these days? federal bank is taking over

  • McCain and Ron Paul are not bad guys like Cheney and Bush were. They are quite decent old gentlemen who could be your father, or grandfather. But the republican party has quite a few rotten apples..

  • i dont think McCain is that bad really, him and Ron paul seem quite decent and logical republicans.......but choosing Sarah Palin for VP, what a staggering suicidal blow :(

  • As a person who voted for Obama, I think it would have been more appropriate for the President to refer to him as "Senator McCain".

Calling him John is like Sen. McCain answering back "Thanks Barack". And we KNOW the liberal side of the media would have been all over that.

  • Notice he calls him "John", instead of Senator McCain like he did in the campaign, LOL
