  • @Khamomil you dont have to listen to him... but you would be missing out for sure just saying..

  • Only few brilliant violin-players go easily from Classical Music to Jazz. Stéphane Grappelli is one of the best examples together with Yehudi Menuhin. The violins of both gentlemen tell their story about the beauty of whatever type of Jazz.

Stéphane Grappelli is a genius when he plays with Django Reinhardt, especially when the music is written by the genial guitar-player whose compositions and music itself seem to be like Pearls. I love the work of Django & Stéphane together as very fine.

  • @esesoysho i hate to be the break it to you.... those are letters :'(

  • awesome..i wish i can play jazz

  • 3 words: W O W

  • @firestartertwistedfi Oh yes I know very well, he's my country man too, but I don't care what other people think,. Perhaps it's because he's too old and he lost the interest, this can happen when one plays the same numbers too many times. Fame has nothing to do with talent even in jazz

  • @Khamomil you do realise this is the most famous jazz violinist there's ever been?

  • Fantastic man....... Thanks for sending Judie dear..........Terry

  • Hate me all you want but I wouldn't listen to this violin for more than five minutes. To me it seems there is no breathing space, it's only technical prowess. No emotion, the melody is played like a metronome, there is no accentuation, no dynamics. There is no more emotion than in ta passing subway train.
