I have loved this musical style since I was old enough to hear music! I have amassed hundred of songs on my playlists posted by fantastic people like you who still appreciate the magical beauty of orchestral pop. Trupet solo at 3:34 is TOPS.

Any more beautiful music by the hollyridge strings, such as" you dont bring me violets" and fakeing it?
When this came out I was in College - this version. There was another great song on the album also but I can't remember what it was -- only that it was great parking music - if you know what I mean. Anyone remember the album name or that other song? KKJ

@jhudd4 This was featured on his 1965 album " Feels Like Lovin' ", Capitol ST 2356. It's obviously been out of print for some time, but I've occasionally seen used copies listed on eBay and Amazon.

The original hit version by Little Anthony came out in '64 & reached the top 10. This version by Stu Phillips was on an album I picked up in the late 60's; don't think that it ever came out as a single.
