wtf is this? wormeleon? new species?

This weird freaky insect/animal with the head of a worm, body texture of a chameleon, web producing ability of a spider and head sticking out turtle/snail like behaviour, just happen to be on my laptop, does anybody know what it is???

it reminds me of the bugs that can be found under rocks in streams. I believe it is a larva of some kind and that it has built a little house for itself out of dust, sand and silk.
