the result of darwinism.... If this is evolution, then call me a musical Neanderthal and giz a loin cloth, Im going back to the cave, to rinse some real free-range DnB and tuck into a good slab of raw sabretooth.

Yes mate, 6 months later, I hear you on that aswell, I love oldskool hip-hop and rap, but I cant deal with the new stuff like fiddy, Lil-wayne ETC.
-
Its called evolution.

you're fucking right, it's the same thing compared to rap music..in the 90's there was real stuff, mad beats & vibes, great lyrics..now there's wack shit, all about appering & making money with silly stuff
-
'guys been around since 91' give props to one of many prophets to the d|n|b scene :D
Whats happened to all these SICK olskool producers who used to make f*cking sick jungle? Its happening to everyone. You compare their old stuff to the new, and you see a mad difference. Nowadays its all too commercial sounding, all simple 2step break loops instead of well chopped and structured jungle loops.
Big tune still, but nothing compared to what DnB n Jungle used to be. The same thing happened to aswad when they entered the 90's, the cheese took and the roots died. thats money though eh
