I've subscribed to your videos due to some impressive ones you've done.
However this video in particular is not that great in my opinion. In practice many exercises are great to superset (ex. I superset close grip rows with deadlifts occasionally, and other specific things) -- HOWEVER: Combining two motions into one exercise in this manner is a tad bit of a joke. With dips I need to add weight, and need to go with a greater intensity, and knee raises also need weight added. Combed, it's a joke.
