Now those boats Drivers have Balls of steel. To Get That Close to it even through they may be harmless waterspouts i still wouldn't go near it.

@MisterMo005 Waterspouts are more like dust devils when it comes to power. Most of the energy is lost moving the greater mass of water, as compared to just air in a standard tornado. Boats aren't usually effected, fish have been known to be thrown great distances via these phenomena though.
