Digging by underground phone lines loading side dump

This is one part of the huge 2 year project building the "g" St. underpass. Here on G/26th St they are digging a 12 foot deep hole to insert a new junction box for phone lines. In this video you can see the telephone poles they put in to protect all of the phone lines. One of the conduets contains all of the long distance phone lines for north westen Merced all of Oakdale, Waterford, Snellng.
