Colin Powell said he knows what it is but he wont say to the american people. How could you know but not warn anyone. Thats proof enough they are behind it just like 9/11....These attacks will be huge... possible mini nukes or bio attacks. A bio weapon would be more ideal for them because they could accuse everyone of being infected and just kill them off.
