I don't even know the guy personally, but I still love him like he was my brother, and hopefully you guys will embrace him the way we have and will ontinue to do. This guy is going to give you everything he's got, he's going to have alot of success in the NBA, and you've now got alot of Jayhawks around the country rooting for your team. That's our guy right there!

He is gonna be good and he isn't that small he is 6'9 without shoes 6'10 with them and he's has a terrific vertical.

That's exactly what was going through his mind but he's a Center and he'll prob back-up DMC this year and get some other minutes if he proves he's better than Hayes.But he did look disappointed

his height is 6-foot-8 3/4 in shoes (from the combine) but his 7-3 wingspan makes up for that. So technically he is short for a PF but his standing reach (8'10") and wingspan are all that matter.

Actually no he's 6'8.8 with shoes on but that's besides the point. His neck being an inch higher or lower is of no consequence. You look at length because that's what is important and with his 7'3.85 wingspan he's actually above average for length, not to mention that he has the same vertical as Blake Griffin and is faster than Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (and everybody else in the draft save Barnes).

He's going to be great.
