  • You should look up the technology of electrolysis. It's the means by applying electricity to water and dividing the hydrogen and oxygen from water. "Ah ha, where are you getting the electricity to do this", you might say. The electricity can come from solar or wind generated electrcity so that the process would be virtually 100% green. Watch the last minute of the following video. Go to youtube dot com then slash watch?v=bgGlE97rJl4

  • This is favoring the automotive and oil companies. The reason why they are doing research on hydrogen cars rather than electric cars is because it takes 3x more energy to power a hydrogen car the same distance of an electric car. And the cheapest way to get hydrogen, is through fossil fuels. Remember all the electric cars they destroyed?

  • Hal hal hal, it's this kind of limited thinking that does nothing but spread negitivity. Do you honestly think that Honda would be doing this to make the oil companies even richer? If there's no marketplace to sell their products because of global warming, then they will eventually go out of business. If they are first to market, with green technology, the are heros.

  • hydrogen fuel cell car will never work

  • Ironic how the best "green tech" car would be the electric car :/. Can charge the battery anywhere, is slient and only requires electricity; not gas/fuel, not hydrogen or anything else, Just harmless eletricity.

  • gtxx1015: i'm glad you did some research before you "flamed" me. all i did was make a simple comment. in honda adds i've seen and continue to see for this vehicle they say "water vapor". thats what i was going by. if this is not the case then i stand corrected. to be honest with you i don't really care that much. i was just pointing out what i thought was an inconsistency in the whole green house gas thing. the ire my comment raised is beyond my understanding.

  • It is a contributor to the green house effect. When you think about it, it makes sense. water is amazing at sucking in heat and holding it. making our skies hotter and in turn the land. Atleast thats what i understand.anyways you are right its a green house gas, your wrong it is better than pumping co2 into atmosphere and lastly fuel cell cars emit water, not water vapor. The water vapor is condensed in the exhaust pipe and drips down as water. I did research, at first i was about to flame you!

  • thats irrelevant. if global warming is caused by additional Co2 gases being introduce into the atmosphere the then logically the addition of man-made water vapor would have the same effect. cause and effect. that all.

  • So we are going to argue when there are top SCIENTIST who have already said and know all about global warming and its causes?

  • you call me stupid when you don't know shit. water vapor makes up to 70% of all green house gases. it has the exact same green house effect as co2, methane and ozone except water vapor is found in greater quantities. all natural occurring gases. but i suppose you're too imbecilic to check the facts moron.

  • WATER VAPOR DOES NOT DO ANY HARM TO THE ENVIROMENT. also it is NOT a greenhouse gas. You have to be one of the stupidest people living on this earth to even think that.

  • i am truly impressed with your logic and presentation, but also your articulation. but, Co2 is a natural occurring gas the theory is, that mankind is adding to the natural levels of Co2 to excess amounts and are creating global warming. water vapor is also a naturally occurring green house gas (60%-70% of total). so by using the same logic. creating vehicles that emit only water vapor would only exasperate the event.

  • read ur inbox...ur a fuckin dumbass.period.
