Dodgeing Range units
Villager and Explorer

Please if the enemy attacks you with their explorer, don't be pissed, instead just shoot him once with a villager, if he's still attacking tell the player, if he still is then you kill him

my real problem is u call it advance techniques, yet these are the most basic of basics and u are not microing. and ESO is steady and reaches 3k+ on weekdays in the morning (where i live). dont put up a vid call it advance techinques then say "oh i dont care about aoe3 anymore im onto codMW2" which i also play.

i didnt say u have no life. what do u mean "aoe ranks are a thing of the past"?????? because UR not interested in it anymore??? but to claim to be advanced, that really bugs me.

"dodging ranged units" by running into them? that wont work when theres 20 dops verse 30 skirms, the skirms will slaughter, and lance corporal+ will hit and run... WHICH IRONICALLY U MORON IS MICROING

This video is beyond a joke. Pressing 'x' is attack move and is used for melee units to pick different targets so they don't all mob around the same thing and ave 'pathing issues'. Using it on range units DOES NOT WORK because of a slight lag, enabling the other units to take a first shot off.

Attack move works on some ranged units though, like Abus guns, because you don't need micro in the first place to use them.

If anything, this video made me worse.

If you REALLY want to make an Advanced Techniques video, be sure to include a more diverse army VS another diverse army, and show us you can win easily.

Take a Musk+Huss army and fight a Skirm+Pike army - being outnumbered - using micro and try to win.

There's lot more to Micro than just that. I could rewrite Sun Tzu's 'Art of War' book involving AoE III elements.

The problem with X command is that if you "X" toward the enemy, your skirmishers take a step forward after each shot, which you dont want because u want maximum distance between ur skrims and enemy muskets. If you "X" away from enemy, while in battle, half ur skirms leave battle while half fight. Any solutions?
