Her name is Luna illustrated by KEI,She was announced the same way Lily did in the DTM magazine wasn't officially confirmed that she's a VOCALOID so there may be hope she might become one.

I never at any point said she was not...? I was suggesting that even if Luna dose not become a vocaloid, she will more than likely be used by the fan base as the "dark" lily. Much like how people made up "Zatsune" Miku for Hatsune's "dark side"

Not bad. Even if she dose not become a vocaloid, the fan base will find a use for her. Miku has Zatsune, as her dark side, maybe Luna would become Lily's . Or, the older sister and get pitched using a deeper voice :)
