Some good ideas John. Two suggestions: eliminate the wrench tightening with a hand knob on the underside of the platform. Second, eliminate the the skew adapter by making a t-square design from the start with all three 'V' shaped tool troughs across the 'T' rack (the two end skew-troughs could have some adjustment built into them as well). But good ideas and good video.

Awesome Video.. My husband has been looking for a accurate way to sharpen his tools..
I look forward to buying the plans however I do not see where to buy the plans.. Any help would be great

What tools do I need to build the jig? I'd hate to buy the plans to only find out I need $700 worth of power tools.

Thanks for your question. To build the jig in the video, I used a Table Saw and Drill press. However, I suspect you would receive just as good results with a Skill saw and hand drill. ---John---
