this is nothing 'promising' about FMS - it is a 'wastebasket' disease - i suffered fro many many years and was recently diagnosed with Lyme dx + co-infections. 'learning to live' with FMS is a cop-out by idiot doctos who don't know what else to do with a patient. i've been there and done it with tons of FMS/CFS specialists, injected myself with B-12, done very very expensive experimental treatment, etc. and now plan to get better 'no matter' what... there is no such illness as 'FMS'...thank u

You are wonderful! Love how you explain and describe how the pain feels. I s it possible to provide more information about myofascial pain syndrome, the research and treatment please?
Thanks a million for what you do.

@ValerieLumley fibromyalgia is just a daft name used by doctors who are too stupid and lazy to diagnose the cause of the problem. It should be called food allergy. Most of the folk on here have food intolerances. I cured my Fibro by diagnosing my food intolerances. Doctors are a waste of time. Do the research and cure yourself.

I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the medical profession to discover the cause and cure for this horrific disease after 15 years of failed treatments. I understand this illness completely from the inside and back out again. Symptoms are often mistaken as a cause and what can help does not cure. Please, do not give up and keep going. See my You Tube video "Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia - Choosing What Works" and my best wishes to you all!!!

Wow! I had no idea my blackouts could be related to my FM/MFP! No doctor has been able to figure that out yet, but this warrants further investigation. Thank you, you're doing a fantastic job and I really appreciate it!
Carol.
I have a problem with short-term memory. I have developed irrtiable bowel syndrome. what kind of doctor do I need to see to get rid of this?

@scotcandy2001 - We call that Fibro-Fog !
The theory is that as the brain is flooded with Pain Chemicals it overloads the cognitive ability. :(
For the IBS, nothing has helped me but a really high quality Probiotic in a very high dose ( 9 caps/day ) for 6 months then taper down to 4/day.
(Which will also help with the yeast.)
Good luck !
